3. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $199 within Australia.

  • Standard Shipping: Starts at $12 for orders under $199.

  • Express Shipping: Starts at $15 for orders under $199.

4. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Lost Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure the correct address is provided during checkout.
